ABOUT ROSE WINES
It's common to think about Lancers, Mateus, Wild Irish Rose or any other Faux-sé (fake rosé) when speaking of rosé, but we are talking about dry Rosé; the good stuff. It's cool, it's pink, it's what to drink in the spring and summer, and for the real devotees, fall and winter, as well. Although the color pink may remind one of bubble gum and cotton candy, rest assured that none of these wines are nearly as sweet.
